RBT (full time)

 * Billable Hourly Rate: $23.00 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays.

 * Administrative Hourly Rate: $15 per hour. (admin hours granted for non-billable services, and at the discretion of management in the event of client cancellations.)

 * Flexible Time Off (FTO): You will be granted fifteen (15) days of paid time off per year, available to use at your discretion after the sixtieth (90th) day of employment.  FTO will be dispensed hourly. 

 * Paid Holidays: You will receive eight (8) paid holidays per year following the 60th day of employment, which include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve.

 * Christmas Week: In addition to the paid holidays, you will receive the week of Christmas off, with three (3) days paid. (Specific dates will be determined annually based on the calendar.)

 * Unpaid Time Off (UTO): You will have five (5) unpaid days off per year to use at your discretion, plus additional unpaid days off granted at the discretion of the company with a doctor's note for absence.

 * Client cancellations and weather cancellations: In the event of a client cancellation or severe weather event deeming services unsafe, you may choose to use (FTO), or (UTO) that would not impact your (UTO) balance.

 * Health insurance is offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina and is available after the 90th day of employment, as well as vision, dental, and 401K (with 3.5% match.) Employer pays 50% of health insurance premiums.

* Reliability Bonus: Full time employees are eligible for a Reliability Bonus of $250 each quarter when they do not call out with less than 48 hours notice within the quarter. Eligibility begins following first complete quarter worked.
